The word in quechua means “gentleman of white complexion” this volcano is the one that dominates the landscape of the city of Arequipa, with its perfect conical form it offers a spectacular view from its summit 5825 masl (19,111 ft), it has an easy accessibility and it doesn’t have any technical difficulty.
