CHINCHERO MARAS Y MORAY
Chinchero is the name of a colorful town located 20 km from Cusco, singular by the quality of its weaves. In the square and its environs many inca archaeological rests appear, after visit them as well its temple that dates from 1607 and was raised on rest of an Inca palace, we continue towards the town of Maras, a very singular place where from incas time to the present the artisan extraction of the salt is made.

6 km from Maras is Moray conformed bye enormous natural depressions or hollows in the ground surface that Inkas used for constructing irrigated farming terraces around them, because of its climate conditions and many other characteristics, was an important center of domestication, acclimatization and hybridization of wild vegetable species that were modified or adapted for human consumption.
